Original 26&2

Traditional 90 minute, or 2-hour extended, Bikram method class.

Intermediate Level II

A bridge between the Original 26&2 Beginner's series and the Advanced 84 Asanas, this class adds several arm balances, hip-openers, and deeper backbends to bring the regular practitioner to a new level. The series is accessible to many, though a regular Bikram practice is recommended before taking this class. 1.5 hours.

Advanced 84

Zeb will lead students through the Advanced 84 Asanas based on the Ghosh lineage. A regular Bikram practice is required before taking this class. 2-2.5 hours.

Vinyasa Fusion

This class blends several athletic yoga styles, allowing students to explore asana, pranayama, bandha, and meditation. 1.25-1.5 hours.


YFHIIT is high-intensity interval training (HIIT) using plyometrics and yoga postures. HIIT training has been scientifically proven to burn maximum fat while building lean muscle mass due to its effect on EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) also referred to as “afterburn.” 45 minutes.

Teacher Development

It's important to hit "refresh" on our teaching so that we continue to deliver the best classes possible to our students. It is our duty to empower others through the practice of yoga, but as we are constantly evolving in our practice, so we must be in our teaching. The Teacher Development weekend is designed to invigorate and reconnect your team, leaving you feeling ready to take your teaching to the next level, and in turn, breathe more energy into your student body.

Vinyasa Breakdown

A more thorough look at Vinyasa “flow,” this workshop will break down Vinyasa, Chaturanga, Sun Salutations, and more. A great way to introduce students to a Vinyasa practice and to dig deeper into the mechanics of core postures, which rarely happens during a normal class. 2 hours.


Zeb will guide students through a series of postures designed to demonstrate the mobility of the spine in all directions, then continue into several exercises that will help increase strength and flexibility, as well as mindful alignment, in several backbending postures not normally explored in the Original 26&2 class. 2 hours.

Hip Opening

Zeb will guide students through a series of familiar postures to demonstrate how they work the hips in different ways, then continue into several stretching and conditioning exercises designed to increase flexibility in the hip joints not normally available in the Original 26&2 class. 2 hours.

Arm Balances & Inversions

Getting upside-down can be challenging, sometimes a little scary! Zeb will guide students through a beginner friendly series of postures designed to build strength and confidence in arm balances and inversions including crow, peacock, headstand, shoulderstand, and more. There are simple, direct ways to approach each one.1.5 hours.


One of the main reasons students practice yoga is to relieve stress. The Restore Workshop utilizes multiple breathing techniques (Pranayama) and long holds in postures (Yin Yoga) to maximize relaxation, open the body, and re-energize students. 1.5-2 hours.

Yoga Conditioning & Training

Influenced by Zeb's many years of Asana Championship training, this series of exercises, postures, techniques, and tips will help students build strength and flexibility in their practices whether they want to compete, or just explore new potential. 1.5 hours

26&2 (Bikram) Breakdown

A more thorough look at the Original 26 & 2 class with the opportunity to explore common threads, concepts, and a deeper understanding of the postures. 2-2.5 hours.
